A Brief Introduction of Lawyer Oliver Yan

Engaged in legal services, including foreign affairs, real estate, civil and commercial legal affairs, I practiced as a lawyer to settle cases  of stock dividing, construction project, real estate and subrogation, and the total value of the subject matter is over 200 million RMB, during which the legitimate rights of my clients have been secured well. Previously I worked in a foreign-invested company for more than 9 years, and I'm also an expert in legal English, presenting in a court as an intepretor during a civil case procedure and have translated many legal documents, including Civil Code of Indonesia, judgment of the Supreme Court of Republic of China, and I participated many sport arbitration cases filed in FIFA and CAS, during which I accumulated abundance experiences.
